1983 Fender Precision Bass - Fullerton factory '57 reissue in very good condition. A great playing bass and it's extremely light, weighing only 7 lbs 14oz. Period correct features include a nitrocellulose 2 tone Sunburst finish, Mape neck and fingerboard with a soft V profile, Gold anodized pickguard, spaghetti logo, reverse gear tuners and raised A pole pieces in the pickup. December 9th, 1982 neck date, Aug 8th, 1982 body date. Serial: V016849.
This bass is all original with the exception of the case. The bass displays light play wear with a few small scuffs, mainly around the edges of the body and lacquer checking front and back. It has deep body contours and a V profile neck which is wide and very slim (back to front) It's been fully set up with a great action. The pickups are nice and strong. The pots date to the 41st week of 1982. Nut width: 44.5 mm / depth at 1st fret:20.25mm.
These are great playing and sounding P-basses. The closest you're going to get to the real thing at a fraction of the cost.
