Left-handed 1973 Fender Precision bass in excellent condition but with modifications. It has an added Bartolini jazz pickup at the bridge. Rewound Precision pickup ( both halves) It's been routed in the control cavity to accommodate 2 extra pots and the active circuit. The battery compartment has been routed in the back of the body. It has a Bartolini TCT active 3 band EQ (based on the tone controls of a Fender Bassman amp). There’s a 3-way pickup selector switch and volume control is nearest the jack socket. Non-original hard case included.
This bass has been fully set up by my technician with a really great action and a fresh set Rotosound round-wound strings. The neck date is Jan 73 B. All the pots have been changed. The pickup dates to 1972 and has been rewound. Serial number 393013 weight:9 lbs 3.5 oz. Nut width: 41.25 mm, depth at 1st fret 21.5 mm.
