1967/68 Vox Cheetah V267. The 1968 US Vox catalog described the V267 Cheetah as follows: "An exquisite double cutaway electric acoustic guitar. Has built-in E tuner, distortion booster, treble and bass booster, repeat percussion. All new easy-to-fret fast-neck with VOX double T bar and adjustable steel rod. Two exclusive VOX Ferro-Sonic pickups. One volume, two tone controls. 3 position pickup switch. New positive action adjustable spring tremolo. Sunburst or Cherry." This is the same model used by Pete Townsend for the famous Smothers brothers US TV appearance in 1967. ( Pete's was Sunburst and later smashed!)

This model was Made in Italy for only 2 years ( 67 & 68) Vox guitars are extremely hard to date accurately as they used random serial numbers. These guitars are very rare especially in such good condition.

This guitar is in excellent condition throughout. The neck is clean and straight. The effects work perfectly without issue. The crest are in great shape and it's supplied with the original Vox hard case. It's been fully set up by my technician Chris Ward. Serial: 397630. Weight: 7 lbs.

Neck width at nut: 1 & 5/8" at 12th fret: 2". Depth at nut: 13/16" at 12th: 15/16"
