1975 Fender Precision Bass in very good condition with a Walnut finish and Black pickguard. It has a maple neck and fingerboard. We repaired a small crack in the pickguard just by the output jack. It's missing the metal pickup cover and comes with a new, non-original case.
Great straight neck and clean frets in excellent condition with very little wear. It has a warm tone with plenty of growl. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The body has a few small bumps and scrapes around the edges and on the back of the body as does the headstock. The neck is nice and clean.
Fully set up in our workshop with a fresh set of Rotosound Nickel round wound strings. It has a lovely action allowing great playability. Serial 587909. Weight: 9lbs 2oz. The pots date to the 14th week of 75. The neck date stamp is difficult to read but it looks like the 2nd to last digit is a 5, dating it to 1975 which fits with the pot dates and serial number. Nut width: 41.5 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 22.5 mm.
