1975 Fender Precision Bass in very good + condition. Sunburst finish with a maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. Replacement tortoiseshell pickguard and an added ground wire in on the harness - Otherwise original bass. The case is slightly earlier (67-71) It is supplied with a 3-month warranty and a 14-day returns policy. This bass is nice and light weighing only 8 lbs 6.5 oz / 3.81 kg.
Great straight neck and clean original frets in good condition with very little wear. It has a warm tone with plenty of growl. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The body has a few signs of play wear including some arm wear on the upper bout and some buckle rash on the back. There are also a few small scuffs and light dings around the edges. The neck is extremely clean with very little sign of wear. The headstock has a few light scuffs and dings around the edges and there's an extra hole in the headstock face from a previously added string tree.
Fully set up in our workshop with a fresh set of D'Addario round-wound strings. It has low action allowing great playability. Serial: 635477. The volume pot dates to early '75, and the tone pot to late '74. The neck stamp is impossible to read. The pickups have original windings and both date to '75. Nut width: 41.5 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 22.5 mm.
