1973 Fender Precision Bass in fair condition with a Sunburst finish and tortoiseshell pickguard. It has a maple neck and fingerboard. It has a new nut, a changed tone capacitor and some touched up solder. It comes in a non-original case
Great straight neck and clean original frets in good condition with very little wear. It has a warm tone with plenty of growl. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The body has numerous signs of play wear along with bumps and scrapes around the edges as does the headstock. The neck has a few small patches of wear but overall, relatively clean.
Fully set up by my technician with a fresh set of Rotosound Nickel round wound strings. It has a great action giving great playability. Serial: 404619. Weight: 8lbs 10oz. The pots date to the 43rd week of 73. The neck date is impossible to read as are the pickup dates as the sponge is stuck to the underneath. Nut width: 42 mm. Depth at the 1st fret: 21.75 mm.
