2023 Ernie Ball Music Man BFR Stingray, Retro '76 in excellent + condition. This is a limited edition bass from Ernie Ball and is number 56 of 100 made and has serial number CB00051. It is fitted with a reproduction black epoxy pre-amp and is supplied in the original case with a certificate of authenticity.
The Stingray Retro '76 is designed as a tribute to the original Stingray design, incorporating a number of vintage-inspired specifications. These include an Alnico-loaded humbucking pickup, 2-band preamp, 21-fret 3-Bolt maple neck with micro-tilt adjustment, and a strings-through body with adjustable mute pads. The bass also comes with a beautiful nitro three-tone sunburst finish.
This particular example has just a couple of very small chips in the body paint, but is otherwise in excellent condition with very little evidence of use. The frets are in great condition with minimal signs of wear.
Fully set up in our workshop and is strung with a set of Rotosound flatwound strings. Weight: 9 lbs 14 oz / 4.49 kg. Nut width: 42.8 mm.
