1977 Music Man Stingray in fair/good condition. Natural finish, black pickguard, maple neck & fretboard. Equipped with a 2 band EQ, epoxy coated preamp and through-body stringing. Aside from the case, replaced mute sponge and what I suspect is a new nut, it's all original. It comes with 3-months warranty and a 14-day returns policy.
There's general wear and tear with numerous small dings to the body as well as buckle rash. It's had some stickers on the body at some point as you can see the outline of where they have been. The headstock has some small dings around the edges. The back of the neck is pretty clean overall. The frets have been cleaned and dressed in our workshop.
It's been fully set up in our workshop with a fresh set of Ernie Ball 45-105 round-wound strings and has a great action allowing for superb playability up and down the neck. The serial number is B004295. Weight: 10 lbs 10 oz. The neck and body are both date stamped, Dec 1977. The volume pot dates to the 37th week of 77, the bass & treble pots both date to the 33rd week of 77. The truss rod works as intended with plenty of room to move. Nut Width: 43 mm. Depth at 1st fret 21 mm.
