1955 Gibson ES-125 in good condition. Sunburst finish, mahogany neck with a Rosewood fretboard, dot position inlays and nickel hardware. Non original case.
The ES-125 has a great acoustic sound, but when plugged in the P90 show how punchy and warm the guitar is. Despite its simple concept of just having one pickup, this guitar is very versatile. The ES-125 has a 16" Laminated Maple body and a chunky Mahogany neck with Rosewood fretboard.
The finish is in good condition and the colour is still very vibrant. Very few marks to either face or back of the body. Where there are scuffs and dings is around the edges of the body, headstock, and on the back of the neck. Everything remains structurally sound with no issues. The frets are in excellent condition having been cleaned and dress in the workshop. There are 2 extra screw holes at the butt end of the guitar, either from a different tailpiece or someone adding a strap button.
This guitar has been set up in our workshop with a fresh set of D'Addario Chrome flat-wound strings and a low action. Weight 5lbs 7oz. Factory order number W2434 4. Nut width: 43 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 21 mm. 3-month warranty included.
