1966 Gibson EB2, Cherry Red finish in great condition. This bass is all original other than the baritone switch. The metal palm rest is missing and the case is made by Baldwin.

The Gibson EB2 has a Maple body with a central tone block and a Mahogany neck. The body finish and the binding are in great shape with only a few areas of wear/scuffs on the back of the body and a few tiny dings. There is checking in the lacquer both on the body and the back of the neck. The binding is all intact and has mellowed to more of a creamy yellow. The neck and frets are in great shape. The headstock shows a few tiny chips. The back of the neck show a little wear and a few dings. Everything remains structurally sound. All electronics & hardware work as they should. (mute mechanism included) The Mahogany neck is straight and has no issues.

It has a powerful Gibson humbucking pickup at the neck position with Volume and tone controls + Baritone switch. 30 1/2 inch scale. Fully set up by my technician. with a fresh set of round wound strings. All round excellent bass.
