1967 Gibson EB3, Cherry

1967 Gibson EB3 bass guitar in very good condition. Serial number: 002979. It's very light weighing 7lbs 11oz. Original case included. Very clean apart from a few bumps and scrapes to the finish mainly around the edge of the body and headstock. The bass remains structurally sound with no breaks or repairs.

The frets are in excellent shape the neck is straight with no issues and the truss rod has plenty of room to move. All electronics and hardware are in good working order. The bridge is the early bar type rather than the later 2 point tune o matic. ( the 2 point bridge came in 68) One tuner bolt is changed.

It's been fully set up by my technician with a set of flat wound strings and the action is nice and low. It has a big thumping sound. Jack bruce eat your heart out. Nut width: 38.75 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 21.5mm.

Condition Very Good 8.25/10
Case OHSC
Weight 7 lbs 11 oz
