1976 Music Man HD-130 Bass head with 1x15 RH cabinet. Extremely clean condition / covers are included. The amp runs perfectly and the speaker sounds fantastic.
The HD-130 has 4 EL-34 power tubes, 130 watts RMS and two channels. Features include a three-band EQ and a bright switch on both channels as well as a Deep switch and a Master Volume control. The head is also switchable between 4 and 8 ohms depending on the cab/cabs you wish to use. These amps were built to exceptional standards using high quality parts.
Fully serviced with a 3 month warranty. During the service my technician noted the following: There has been an auto-transformer fitted inside the head to convert the power from 110V to 230V without the need for an external step down transformer. All tubes replaced. Two pots are replaced. The transformers date to 1975 and 1966. All the wiring on the turret board off the main PCB has been changed, as has the mains switch. Normally these heads can be operated on hi or low power, the switch has been altered to on/off.
