1973 Fender Jazz Bass with a Black finish in excellent condition. Rosewood fingerboard with Pearl block inlays and White binding. All original including the case and metal covers.

This is an excellent bass, with a nice slim neck. This bass has tons of tone and the growl is fantastic. With both pickups and tone up full this bass really sings with tons of top end, the mids punch through and the bottom end holds it all together. With it having a Rosewood fingerboard, it has a slightly more rounded sound than the Maple board versions.

The finish shows only a little play wear, with some light checking to the body finish and some faint buckle rash. The neck and headstock are clean and the binding is all intact. The frets show only light wear and there's plenty of life left in them. The truss rod works as it should and the neck is straight.

Fully set up by my technician with a smooth medium/low action giving great playability. Serial:412271. Weight: 9 lbs. Nut Width: 38mm / depth:22.2 mm".
