1973 Fender Jazz Bass with a Lake Placid Blue finish over an Alder body. Excellent condition. Maple neck and fingerboard with Black block inlays and Black binding.

This is an excellent bass, with a nice slim neck. I personally love these Maple neck Black block Jazz basses, I owned one for many years. This bass has tons of tone and the growl is fantastic. With both pickups and tone up full this bass really sings with tons of top end, the mids punch through and the bottom end holds it all together.

The finish shows only a little play wear, and the Blue has started to turn Green. The neck and headstock are very clean and the Black binding is all intact. The frets show only light wear and theres plenty of life left in them. The truss rod works as it should and the neck is straight.

Fully set up by my technician with a smooth medium/low action giving great playability. The neck dates OCT 72, pots date 42nd week of 72, Pickups date73. Serial:395101. Weight: 9lbs 0.5oz. Nut Width: 1.475" / depth:0.862" . Width at 12th: 2.189" / depth:
