Benzvilles take on a pre CBS early '60s S-Type Guitar. Lightweight Alder Body with a very acurate and believable Relicing in a thin Nitro (Lake Placid Blue). The Maple Neck has a thick, dark and intensivly grained Rosewood board with clay dots and 21 vintage correct frets. For a more modern playability a 9.5" Radius board has been used and vintage tall 6105 Frets, the back contour is a 63 C-Shape, copied from an original 63.

It has a set of Jason Lollar Blackface Pickups fitted with Alnico 5 Magnets measuring 6.4k, 6.5k and 6.8k (Neck/Middle/Bridge) resulting in a warm, yet punchy Vintage Tone with a defined oiano like attack. Deep bass, round treble and a prominent midrange, everything is there. The middle Pickup has been balanced for that humfree 2&4 Positions. To complete the highend Package. A Callaham Tremolo with a cold rolled steel block makes all the difference, when it comes to Vintage S-Tone and tuning stability. The 7/8 Trem arm is a modern Twist that let the player have his hands in the right position while using the Trem. Kluson tuners, Dunlop locking studs, matched CTS Pots and Switchcraft sockets add to the whole Package. Due to the delicate and prominent defined Midrange, this is a real Blues-Rock Machine. Think Gallagher, rather than Knopfler. Supplied with a new Gator Case.
